Shipping and Delivery

Important Delivery Details​

• We provide curbside delivery of materials and FedEx, or USPS delivery of smaller orders. We may use a shipping company to fulfill your order.

​

•  Customer is responsible for unloading large freight. Customer must provide access to large trucks for large freight orders. 

​

• Allow 3-5 business days for local delivery, and 5-7 for nationwide orders. (Local is Sacramento CA)

​

• Time to time, your order will require additional delivery costs not foreseen during the checkout process. If there is additional shipping/delivery costs the client will be presented the option to pay the difference, or cancel the order. 

​​

• You, or an authorized person must be present to receive the order. The order is for a curbside delivery and the freight company is not obligated to delivery beyond the curb, but will make every effort to accommodate the client.

​

• You should inspect the order for any deficiencies before signing the delivery order. For information on damaged product, or missing material, see Shipping Returns and Warranty.

​

• ​In the rare occurrence that we cannot deliver the material to your location, we will provide a refund, or provide you other options in accordance to our Shipping Returns and Warranty.​​

​

• ​Orders are processed Monday through Friday, Pacific standard time 8am- 5pm. You will receive a notification of order acceptance, request for more information, or delivery status within 24 hours of purchase, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
